I’ve been smiling and peaking out from behind a camera for over 10 years now. All I know is that when life’s moments happen, I have an irresistible urge to photograph them. While that lends itself well to the extraordinary moments, it has forced me to slow down and appreciate the ordinary ones too. A practice of gratitude that has grown near and dear to my heart.
From the back of a jet ski photographing Kelly Slater in a wave pool to the company of giraffes on the Ugandan plains, photography has taken me to places I could have never imagined. And if there’s one common denominator I’ve found, it’s that everything I photograph is a noun. The most beautiful people, places, and things––nouns. Lovely nouns.
And, that, my friend, is where you come in. If you’re into light-filled photos that are as timeless as they are effortless, I’m your girl. Bring me your ideas and I’ll give you a vision—not to mention, some amazing photos and memories that I hope you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
When I’m not behind the camera (or behind the computer editing photos), I’m probably with my husband our two kittens, Otis & June, studying for grad school, or wishing I was eating French fries. Actually, scratch that—I’m always wishing that I was eating french fries.
